Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolBen Jackson is a seasoned network inventory and infrastructure leader with 10+ years driving complex Telstra programs and over two decades of hands-on experience in messaging and enterprise systems. Currently technical lead for a graph-based inventory platform with an OData REST interface, he specializes in information modelling, migration of legacy systems and pragmatic architecture that balances bespoke needs with reusability. He has repeatedly stepped into leadership for high-risk transformations — including a major mainframe-to-modern system upgrade — and is comfortable owning technical, financial and delivery responsibilities. Known as a team player who thinks independently, Ben combines detailed troubleshooting instincts from his early Exchange and messaging work with strategic design for large-scale telco inventories. Based in Brisbane, he brings a track record of turning long-lived, mission-critical systems into maintainable, extensible platforms. An understated strength is his ability to translate operational complexities into practical migration and North Star architecture decisions that guide multi-team delivery.
