Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolBen Marshall is a Frontend Engineering Manager with over a decade of hands-on experience building and leading teams that deliver high-performing web platforms, with a 20+ year background in web development. Currently managing frontend at Fueled and formerly leading Activated Studio, he blends strategic leadership with day-to-day engineering—mentoring engineers while shipping WordPress, React, and Next.js solutions. His work spans e-commerce, SEO-driven optimizations, and A/B testing that have demonstrably increased conversions and revenue for clients and employers. A creator of the Zero Spam plugin and an active senior web developer at 10up on GitHub, he pairs open-source-minded engineering with practical product outcomes. Based in Lago Vista, Texas, he brings uncommon cross-discipline chops from design and SEO to frontend architecture, and outside work he’s a skydiving enthusiast and dad who brings that same calm-under-pressure mindset to teams.
