Summary
👤
SeniorBen West is a pragmatic software consultant and founder with 14 years of professional experience and two decades of hands-on technical evolution, who runs Radial Development Group from Loveland, Colorado. He builds small, high-leverage teams that convert fragile legacy code and spreadsheets into tested, scalable web and mobile products across industries—from veterinary wearables and education platforms to payments and hardware-integrated desk controllers. A polyglot mentor (Ruby, Python, Go, Elixir, C#) who grew a 20-person consultancy, he’s negotiated multi-year, six-figure contracts and engineered rapid transitions to remote work and TDD-driven codebases. Ben pairs big-picture architecture and data-structure problem solving with the operational chops of a business owner who has launched startups, absorbed books of business, and driven measurable salary growth for his team.
