Top SchoolBenjamin Charlton is an ERP project lead and former software developer with over two decades of experience delivering complex digital and ERP transformations across EMEA and Asia for organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500s. He combines hands-on Microsoft-stack development chops with pragmatic project and change management, having led greenfield IFS Cloud implementations, asset and maintenance system migrations for offshore rigs, and vendor-risk digitalisation programs. Known for bridging technical teams and boards, he designs selection methodologies, writes technical manuals, and runs train-the-trainer deployments to ensure sustainable adoption. He has founded a product-led software company, built bespoke C#/SQL tools to detect suspicious spend, and driven process and system consolidations that saved millions in procurement. Based in Western Australia, his background in PPE and international security informs a structured, risk-aware approach to digital transformation in highly regulated environments. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic translator between business strategy and software delivery who thrives on fast, cross-border rollouts.
