Top SchoolBenji Shankwitz is a multidisciplinary maker and software professional with a decade of hands-on experience building products that connect people to practical experiences and well-being. Currently leading work at Farm, he combines development, design, and entrepreneurial instincts from roles ranging from freelance consulting to co-founding a local produce marketplace. His background in philosophy informs a user-centered approach to problem solving and clearer communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Benji thrives in small teams where wearing many hats is the norm, having led development, branding, and product strategy across startups and creative collectives.
