SeniorBenoit Duffez is a Sales Engineer and Technical Support Manager with 13 years of experience bridging customer success and software development in IoT and telecom domains. Based in Los Angeles, he leads pre- and post-sales technical engagement, manages large-scale gateway provisioning backends (supporting 10k+ concurrent devices), and drives R&D work including Helium blockchain integration for LoRaWAN gateways. His background spans RF systems, embedded Linux, and tooling development, enabling him to troubleshoot from silicon to cloud and improve operational workflows. Benoit pairs hands-on coding—shown by Android UI and notification enhancements in open-source projects—with customer-facing training and support, delivering product designs focused on excellent user experience. Notably, he has built and maintained critical provisioning infrastructure (Magic Link) that simplifies large-scale gateway onboarding and lifecycle management.
