Top SchoolBenoit Foujols is a multidisciplinary technology leader and educator with 11+ years building and scaling SaaS products and leading engineering teams, now teaching cybersecurity, application development and humanist management across Paris institutions. A former CTO and startup founder, he blends hands-on architecture, CI/CD and QA practice with pedagogy—having led projects with full AWS stacks, PCI DSS considerations and large test suites. His work as a psychotherapist and climbing coach informs a rare strength in team dynamics: he uses experiential methods (including climbing-based coaching) to sharpen trust, conflict resolution and leadership under pressure. Benoit has repeatedly translated startup rigor into academic programs and vice versa, running curricula, teacher training and pedagogical digitalization for BTS and university masters. He brings an unusual combination of technical depth, therapeutic insight and outdoor-guided experiential design that helps teams move from technical delivery to durable human performance. Based in Paris, he combines entrepreneurial grit with a research streak in psychology since 2013.
