Top SchoolBenoit Roy is a seasoned Front-End Developer based in Montreal with over 11 years of experience building responsive, standards-compliant web experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks such as AngularJS and express.js. He combines hands-on integration and back-end support—PHP, Python, MySQL and server deployment—with modern tooling like Grunt, npm, Bower and familiarity with Docker and Vagrant. Currently at HomeAdvisor and also operating as a freelance web developer, he has a strong track record of shipping accessible, WCAG 2.0–aware sites and custom CMS/plugin work across WordPress, Expression Engine and CodeIgniter. Comfortable across Unix, Linux, Windows and macOS platforms, Benoit brings a pragmatic full-stack perspective to front-end projects and a history of taking designs from mockup to production-ready code.
