Senior🎓
Top SchoolBernardo Donadio is an MLOps and Site Reliability engineer with 11 years of experience designing, building and operating geo-distributed, highly available systems from metal to cloud. He has led end-to-end platform work—Kubernetes (v1.12–v1.31) orchestration, custom operator and networking innovations, large multi-region storage (400TB NetApp StorageGrid, Ceph, ONTAP) and observability stacks—while automating infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform, Python and Go. Bernardo combines low-level infrastructure expertise (power/cooling, SDN, Cisco optimizations) with application-layer performance engineering and secure-by-design multi-tenant containerization for finance and large-scale production systems. He’s known for pragmatic in-house replacements of off-the-shelf components when requirements demand, and for translating deep technical work into docs, training and incident leadership. Based in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, he balances serious SRE work with hands-on hobbies like 3D printing, electronics and radio communications, reflecting a maker’s approach to systems engineering.
