Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolBernhard Bockelbrink is an experienced organizational development consultant and agile coach who helps teams and companies evolve toward sustainable product delivery, self-organization and distributed leadership. As co-founder and co-developer of Sociocracy 3.0, he blends two decades of hands-on software and leadership experience—from developer and CTO roles to product ownership and team coaching—to make collaborative systems practical and accessible. Based in the Greater Munich area, he has repeatedly translated agile and lean principles into real-world change across startups, SMEs and enterprises, including leadership roles at orderbird and Ableton. Known for nurturing sociocratic mindsets as much as processes, he pairs technical depth in software architecture and product development with a pragmatic focus on people and culture. A long-term practitioner since the late 1990s, he brings a rare combination of developer instincts and facilitation craft to organizational evolution.
