Top SchoolBherly Novrandy is a seasoned technology leader with 10 years of experience building and scaling products across super apps, crowdfunding, wellness, trading and insurtech. He has held hands-on engineering and executive roles—VP of Engineering, SVP of Engineering, interim CTO and co-founder—at high-growth Indonesian companies including Kitabisa and GO-JEK, where he shipped infrastructure and mobile products at scale. Bherly specializes in taking ideas from 0 to 1, recruiting and shaping early engineering teams and culture, and driving digitalization in traditionally offline industries like sharia insurance. Equally comfortable in code and strategy, he’s known for pragmatic system engineering (Kubernetes, Go, Rails, mobile stacks) and for offering pro bono advisory to founders. Based in Jakarta, he blends startup grit with product empathy and a track record of launching novel insurance and fundraising products.
