Top SchoolBilly Daly is a Senior Technical Product Strategist with nine years of experience turning messy data and legacy ETL into reliable, cost-efficient pipelines for public agencies and startups. He combines hands-on engineering—Python, Airflow, Snowflake, Spark/EMR—and product leadership to cut backfill times from days to minutes, automate reporting workflows that save hundreds of staff hours, and standardize testing practices adopted by clients. Based in Baltimore, he has led cross-functional teams, developed developer tooling (including a CLI that maps Spark call graphs), and shaped citywide data governance and policy. Known for marrying pragmatic automation with measurable ROI, he excels at translating operational pain points into scalable data products and governance frameworks.
