Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolBrady Salz is a hardware engineering manager with 12 years of experience building and scaling production-grade electrical and RF systems for satellites and robotics from San Francisco. He has led teams of engineers, managers, and technicians through factory builds, automated testbeds, and production workflows—transforming engineering-driven testing into technician-executed, nightly-regressed operations and shipping many low-cost telecom satellites. Brady combines deep mixed-signal and high-speed digital design expertise with practical software and automation skills, having moved CAD-to-PLM-to-MES workflows and GUI test tools into production. At Astranis he grew leadership pipelines and operational capacity; at Glacier he now applies that discipline to making robots for mission-driven work. Colleagues describe him as earnest, rock-and-roll in spirit, and someone who gets bored with silicon only to show up on GitHub when curiosity strikes.
