Trained originally as an artist and jeweler before earning a BS in Networking and Communication Management, he combines a craftsman’s attention to detail with practical systems engineering—specializing in backups, network infrastructure, server administration, and IT strategy. As a Solutions Advisor at TELUS and former IT Business Consultant at MRNetworks and Direct Tec, he’s led office deployments, compliance archival implementations for financial clients, and ROI-driven managed service recommendations. Known for patient client support and clear technical documentation, he also brings an unexpected background in dental and tangible crafts that informs his problem-solving and customer empathy. Outside work he’s a self-described “professional modem re-setter” and tabletop gamer, reflecting a hands-on, playful approach to troubleshooting and technology.
