Senior🎓
Top SchoolBrett C is a results-driven operator and executive coach with 8 years of experience leading product, program, and R&D teams across consumer hardware and food delivery—bringing a rare combination of hands-on engineering roots and strategic transformation leadership. He has driven launches of hundreds of components, led PMO strategy at Blue Apron saving $500K through automation, and managed cross-functional programs at Fitbit and Motorola that produced patented designs and first-to-market devices. Now founding Close Cohen Career Consulting, he pairs practical, framework-based coaching with real-time support to help leaders pivot, win promotions, and negotiate with confidence. An MBA from UNC Kenan‑Flagler complements his technical BS in Mechanical Engineering, and his playful “code janitor” GitHub persona hints at a curious tinkerer who balances process rigor with wide-ranging hobbies and prototyping instincts.
