Top SchoolBrian Young is a transformative operational leader and Fractional COO with 12+ years scaling organizations from startups to Fortune-level operations, driving P&Ls from $40M to $3B and leading teams of 10 to 2,000. He specializes in turning chaotic or underperforming businesses into disciplined, scalable operations through systems thinking, EOS integration, and end-to-end digital and process transformations. His hands-on experience spans eCommerce, manufacturing, SaaS, supply chain, and M&A—delivering results like rebuilding a $40M eCommerce platform processing over one million transactions and engineering first profitable quarters after multi-year declines. Brian combines strategic planning, acquisition integration, and operational rigor to increase EBITDA quality and buyer readiness, most recently preparing companies for successful exits. Comfortable in both board and operator roles, he brings a rare mix of large-scale program leadership and shop-floor manufacturing know-how. Based in Apex, NC, he often embeds with teams as a fractional executive to rapidly operationalize value and sustain growth.
