Senior🎓
Top SchoolBruno Ramalho is a seasoned infrastructure and platform leader with a decade of experience building and scaling engineering organizations across e-commerce and classifieds platforms. Currently Head of Infrastructure & Platform at Centra after progressive leadership roles there including VP of Engineering, he combines hands-on development instincts with strategic responsibility for platform reliability and developer productivity. His background spans hands-on backend and web development roles at OLX Group, Divante and earlier freelance work, giving him a pragmatic appreciation for both legacy systems and modern cloud-native practices. Based in the Wroclaw Metropolitan Area, he’s known for moving fluidly between coding and management—often “probably writing some code” even while leading teams—and for advancing teams from lead developer to executive maturity. Collected experience in team leadership, platform ownership and rapid growth environments positions him to translate engineering trade-offs into reliable, scalable outcomes.
