Top SchoolBruno Raoult is a senior Field Instrument Engineer with nearly a decade of hands-on experience leading instrumentation, commissioning and start-up activities on major offshore FPSO projects for clients like TotalEnergies, ExxonMobil and Saipem. He has repeatedly managed large multidisciplinary teams through complex FAT, loop, logic and operational tests, and has been relied on for vendor coordination, warranty claims and technical procurement in high-stakes sail-away and start-up phases. His background spans ICSS, electrical and telecom disciplines, plus engineering and maintenance, giving him a practical end-to-end view from design through ECPs to production handover. Notable work includes directing commissioning for KAOMBO North/South and addressing field challenges such as vibration mitigation, firmware upgrades and GWR/ultrasonic meter optimization. Based in Brittany, he pairs field expertise with analytical hobbies—GNU/Linux, chess and classical music—that reflect a methodical, systems-oriented approach to problem solving. Colleagues value him for anticipating operational risks and turning lessons learned into procedural and hardware improvements that reduce start-up impact.
