Top SchoolBryan Morris is a founder and operator who parlayed a decade of high-performance enterprise sales into co-founding Seven Peak Capital, where he sources and stabilizes value-add multifamily and private credit deals tailored to high-earning tech professionals. He combines hands-on deal execution, capital raising, and investor relations with a consultative, C-suite sales background from roles at Salesforce and Fortune brands, giving him a rare fluency between enterprise revenue dynamics and real asset investing. Bryan’s approach emphasizes predictable, tax-efficient cash flow and institutional-quality sponsorships so clients can diversify away from single-employer risk without becoming active landlords. He’s built passive income across market cycles while maintaining a W-2 career, and applies lessons from quota-driven environments to deliver disciplined reporting and transparency for investors. Based in San Francisco, he also brings a curious, creative streak—podcast production and a habit of upcycling ideas—that shapes how he markets and tells the firm’s investment story.
