Top SchoolBurzin Patel is a seasoned product and technical leader based in San Francisco, currently serving as Founding VP of Product at Inception where he’s helping bring ultra-fast, diffusion-powered large language models to market. He combines three decades of deep technical roots—from SQL Server internals and hardware performance work to hands-on software architecture—with a decade of focused leadership in product, GTM, and global alliances at companies like HashiCorp and Microsoft. Known for translating complex engineering tradeoffs into clear product strategy, Burzin has repeatedly bridged partners, customers, and engineering teams to drive acquisitions, integrations, and ecosystem growth. His background spans both low-level performance optimization and high-level go-to-market execution, giving him a rare ability to reason across the full product lifecycle. Quietly, he’s also contributed patented work in storage optimization early in his career, underscoring a longstanding emphasis on measurable technical impact.
