Senior🎓
Top SchoolByron Tudhope is a pragmatic Head of Engineering with 11 years of experience building and scaling consumer platforms to millions of users across startups and enterprise environments. He combines hands-on architecture and delivery—having led product-critical domains like ordering, checkout, and loyalty at talabat—with executive-level leadership roles as CTO and CEO, repeatedly growing engineering teams and improving reliability. Technology-agnostic and driven by pragmatic trade-offs, he has rebuilt platforms for scale, renegotiated vendor contracts to improve value, and delivered integrations with banks and global partners. Based in Dubai, he blends empathy and a strong moral compass to develop high-performing teams and treats failure as a fast learning loop, a mindset shaped by founding ventures and multiple white-label successes.
