Top SchoolCaio Moretti is a technology-driven CEO and board member with 11 years of experience building and scaling SaaS businesses, currently leading Qconcursos and steering strategy across Quest.edu and Hardwork Medicina. He blends hands-on technical roots as a former CTO and solutions architect with product and operations leadership to grow Qconcursos into one of Brazil’s top EdTechs (millions of monthly users and hundreds of thousands of subscribers). Known for reducing cloud costs, improving reliability, and designing product-to-production flows, he excels at aligning Product/People/Process to meet ambitious OKRs. His background in chemical engineering and early CFD research gives him a quantitative, systems-thinking approach to complex technical debt and performance challenges.
