Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolCaíque M is a Staff Engineer with six years of hands-on experience building resilient mobile platforms and guiding engineering strategy from Brazil’s Mato Grosso do Sul. He has led mobile transformations at XP Inc., driving Flutter adoption, monorepo and CI optimizations, server-driven UI, and risk-based testing that measurably improved store ratings, NPS, and release velocity. Technically fluent in Kotlin, Jetpack, Dart/Flutter and CI/CD tooling, he’s shipped modular architectures, custom lint rules, and tooling that halved test runtimes and cut cloud build costs. As a mentor and operator he built onboarding programs that shortened ramp-up by two weeks and runs office hours to unblock teammates on tricky Dart/state issues. Currently scaling product and platform efforts as a Staff Engineer at Kiwify, he blends pragmatic engineering with product-minded analytics—an underappreciated strength is his knack for turning observability gaps into automated validation tools that catch analytics regressions before they hit users.
