Senior🎓
Top SchoolCalin Marina is a DevOps engineer and technical founder with 16 years of hands-on enterprise experience spanning embedded C/C++ to Java, Python and JavaScript. He combines systems architecture, development and operations — having led cloud-native transformations for public sector, banking and fintech clients while running his own consultancy. Pragmatic and quality-focused, he automates infrastructure and delivery (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, AWS/Azure) to remove manual toil and improve reliability. His background in automotive measurement and control gives him a systems-thinking edge when designing observable, testable platforms. Comfortable switching roles from developer to integrator to tester, he’s delivered both product launches and platform migrations for startups and large organisations. Based in Stony Stratford, he pairs a can-do attitude with a decade-plus track record of turning complex requirements into production value.
