Senior🎓
Top SchoolCameron Thacker is a PhD-trained technologist and Chief Engineering Officer who combines deep research instincts with hands-on product engineering across ML, blockchain, and games. He co-founded Mythical Games and scaled its engineering organization to 300+ people through a $1B+ Series C while personally owning architecture, shipping, and cross-functional technical strategy. An early practitioner of modern ML workflows, he built real-time streaming classifiers, production neural pipelines, and low-latency computer vision systems long before LLMs dominated the field. He also led blockchain and marketplace engineering—shipping smart contracts, chain integrations, and trading infrastructure through major migrations and tough deadlines. With ~14 patents spanning ML, gaming, and blockchain and a history of building internal tooling (from labeling systems to experimentation platforms), he still writes code when it moves the needle and now focuses on LLMs and agent tooling. Based in Los Angeles, he blends researcher rigor with operator experience and a knack for turning experimental models into scalable products.
