Top SchoolCamilo Ramírez is an experienced electronics engineer and project manager based in Bogotá with over 25 years in planning, operation and maintenance of technology infrastructure and 13 years in focused professional roles. He combines deep technical skills in LAN/WAN, fiber optics, power systems and endpoint/perimeter security with certified ISO27001 auditing and advanced project management credentials, including a master's in Project Management. Camilo has led national-scale IT operations and support across government institutions, coordinating WANs, videoconference systems and datacenter recoveries while consistently renewing multi-year contracts. He emphasizes not just vulnerability visibility but automated, continuous remediation across software and hardware, improving response times for end-user support. Comfortable as a freelancer and contractor, he brings both hands-on troubleshooting and strategic oversight of budgets, contracts and technology change. Less obvious: he pairs traditional telecom infrastructure expertise with modern security governance, making him effective at bridging legacy systems and current cyber-resilience practices.
