Top SchoolCarl-gustaf Harroch is a seasoned technology leader with 16+ years building web and mobile products, currently serving as Managing Director and CTO at Novoda where he guides multidisciplinary teams to deliver bespoke digital solutions for clients like SoundCloud, The Times and Sony. A co-founder of Novoda and an early Android adopter, he launched Londroid—the largest Android user group in Europe—and co-organized the first London Droidcon, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to growing the Android ecosystem. He combines hands-on engineering roots (J2EE and mobile) with strategic leadership, continually pushing new technologies to keep agency work ahead of the curve. Known for mentoring and career development, he measures success by the impact he has on people as much as product outcomes. Based in London, he blends entrepreneurial experience from founding agencies at a young age with formal computer science training from the Florida Institute of Technology. Outside of client work, he’s driven by curiosity, community-building and a human-centered approach to technology.
