Senior🎓
Top SchoolCarlo Nicora is a founder and CEO with three decades of technology experience who now leads Phlow, a knowledge OS that uses semantic graphs, Neo4j, LLMs and AI agents to make tacit company knowledge discoverable and actionable. He combines hands-on technical architecture—designing graph-native backends and scalable AI integrations—with product and people leadership focused on trust, ownership and long-term impact. A neuro-divergent thinker and WYSIWYG practitioner, Carlo turned early entrepreneurial setbacks and a decade running a boutique photography studio into a pragmatic, user-centered approach to product and process design. His consulting work spans Asana optimisations to legal-tech AI solutions, evidencing a rare blend of delivery-focused product management and deep systems design. Based in Trieste, he’s equally comfortable translating executive strategy into clean code and shipping the operational playbooks that help teams find context without interrupting colleagues.
