Top SchoolCarlo Salaroglio is a seasoned Software Architect based in Turin with 11 years of professional experience designing robust applications and guiding technical strategy. He thrives on learning and iterating—evaluating legacy systems, exploring disruptive design patterns, and applying pragmatic unit testing and architecture choices to prevent problems before they arise. His career spans consultancy and in-house roles across academia and industry, from Microsoft early on to recent architect responsibilities at Dedagroup, giving him a rare blend of hands-on development and system-level thinking. Known for keeping the project's big picture in mind, Carlo balances creative solutions with measurable engineering discipline to deliver maintainable, scalable systems. Colleagues would note his persistent curiosity: he treats software development as a continuous game of improvement, deliberately choosing smarter approaches rather than repeating past patterns.
