Top SchoolCarlos Arenas is a Senior iOS Software Engineer and Scrum Master with 10 years of experience building mobile and backend systems from Munich, blending hands-on engineering with product delivery expertise. As co-founder and CTO of Polygon Mobile and a leader at companies like Materna Virtual Solution, Hulu, and AbbVie, he has shipped consumer and enterprise apps across iOS, Android, Roku and supporting Python/Django backends. He excels at end-to-end development—planning, design, testing and release—and brings a tester’s mindset to experimentation and optimization. Comfortable in Swift, Objective-C, Java and Python, he pairs deep mobile UI and usability knowledge with backend API design to deliver cohesive user experiences. Unusually for an engineer with his leadership roles, he remains deeply involved in implementation details while also guiding teams as Scrum Master and CTO.
