Top SchoolCarlos Galves is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer from Paraná, Brazil, with over a decade building native mobile apps and leading Android teams across fintech and high-growth startups. He has driven architecture, quality and mentoring initiatives at companies like Rappi, Santander (via GFT), Zup and CI&T, shipping complex features such as KYC integrations, open finance flows and cross-app linking. Comfortable working fully remote and in multilingual teams, he regularly conducts code reviews, interview rounds and champions cleaner architecture and testing practices. Currently focused on design systems, SDKs and platform improvements, he also leverages AI tools in his daily workflow to boost productivity. Colleagues know him for raising team morale as much as code quality—prioritizing kindness in reviews while pushing technical excellence.
