Top SchoolCasper Bakker is a seasoned founder and technical product leader with 12+ years building profitable web technology businesses, currently scaling Picqer—a warehouse management platform processing roughly 10% of Dutch eCommerce orders and used by over 500 webshops. He combines hands-on engineering (notably contributing to open-source PHP barcode tooling and test automation) with product and growth responsibilities, leading a 30-person, bootstrapped team.
