Top SchoolCassidy Clawson is a founder and design leader with 11 years of experience building brand and product design teams for VC-backed startups and consumer businesses. Based in Portland, she led brand strategy and seven-figure acquisition campaigns at Vouch Insurance, scaling creative operations, product design vision, and early AI-supported prototyping. She founded consumer ventures Super Sassy and Artface, turning playful product concepts into retail and wholesale success and demonstrating a knack for tangible product-to-brand translation. Cassidy advises cleantech and healthtech startups on positioning and design systems, bringing a cross-disciplinary background in environmental studies and economics to product-market fit. Known for elevating designers to lead discovery and "own the problem," she blends strategic rigor with art-directed storytelling and operational muscle. An uncommon strength is her track record of moving seamlessly between high-budget, multi-channel campaigns and hands-on product UX innovations that materially reduced acquisition costs.
