Top SchoolCecilia Jiang is a Business Systems Analyst with a Computer Science background and 11 years of professional experience, currently applying her skills at Cencora in Montreal. She bridges technical and business teams, translating complex processes into developer-friendly requirements, user stories, and process flows—work sharpened through Salesforce-focused internships and hands-on org management. Cecilia has practical experience with data tools (SOQL, Data Loader) and large-scale cleanup initiatives, having handled thousands of case records and hundreds of flows to improve organizational hygiene. She also brings teaching experience from Rutgers and K–12 tutoring, which strengthens her ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Occasionally still coding in personal projects, she pairs analytical rigor with a user-centric mindset to turn stakeholder needs into actionable, testable solutions. A pattern-oriented problem solver, she often uncovers inefficiencies that others overlook and converts them into prioritized, maintainable work for engineering teams.
