Senior🎓
Top SchoolCédric Joly is a founder and seasoned technology leader with a decade of experience helping startups and SMEs structure, pilot and secure their digital platforms. He has repeatedly built and scaled teams and products—from founding Praeludo and now Incypit Technologies to serving as CTO at Rentacloud—bridging UX, cloud operations and strategic planning. His background spans hands-on roles in UX, innovation and policy at Outscale, mentoring engineers and students, and teaching Python, which gives him a rare mix of technical depth and people-centered leadership. Trained as an engineer and holding an MBA in strategic management and competitive intelligence, he combines technical architecture skills with market-aware strategy. Notably, he has driven cultural shifts in organizations (turning Outscale toward a customer-driven approach) and built early-stage academic and industry partnerships that seeded talent and research. Based in Chartres, he focuses on pragmatic, secure solutions that align product experience with operational discipline.
