Summary
👤
SeniorCesar Cotiz is a senior fullstack developer based in Bogotá with nine years of experience building scalable backend systems and production-ready frontends. He specializes in Python ecosystems—FastAPI, Django and serverless AWS Lambda—having delivered products like a proptech pricing engine, a Timeoff management system, and custom error-tracking using DynamoDB and PubSub. Cesar combines microservice and GraphQL expertise with hands-on experience in search (Elasticsearch) and frontend stacks (React, Redux), enabling end-to-end ownership across integrations and user-facing features. He has entrepreneurial roots—founding Ordis.app, Naskia and Plaxed—which shaped his CI/CD, DevOps and product sensibilities. Known for tackling cross-border operational challenges, he’s comfortable planning large-scale integrations and optimizing reliability in complex, distributed environments.
