👤
SeniorCesar Trespalacios is a Senior Full-Stack Developer and team leader with a decade of experience blending electronic engineering rigor and software craftsmanship to deliver high-performance web applications. He specializes in front-end work with Vue (Vue2/3) while also architecting back-end solutions in .NET Core, PHP/Laravel and Node, and driving complex migrations such as Sitecore-to-Optimizely for multi-language sites. At Blankfactor he has led cross-cultural teams, owned integration strategies with third-party systems, and reduced tech debt while improving CI/CD and release reliability for fintech and SaaS products. His background in core banking (Finacle, Flexcube) and asset/liability management across Latin America gives him uncommon domain expertise for financial integrations and data mapping. Colleagues rely on him not only for hands-on coding and architecture but also for hiring, career development, and fostering scalable team practices. He’s driven by continuous learning and the practical application of electronics-inspired systems thinking to software problems.
