Top SchoolChad Tindel is a Senior Principal AI Solution Architect with 12 years of enterprise experience designing high-availability systems, cloud architectures, and generative AI/search solutions for Fortune 500 customers. He blends deep OS-level expertise (he maintained the Linux kernel bonding driver and architected HP’s Serviceguard) with hands-on presales and strategic account engagement developed at Red Hat, Amazon, MongoDB, and Elastic. Currently optimizing Generative AI and search for Elastic while having recently served as Field CTO at ngrok and solution engineer at Weaviate, he bridges product engineering, customer advocacy, and go-to-market strategy. A founder and media host outside of engineering, he pairs technical depth in Hadoop, HDFS, storage, and NoSQL with an operator’s sensibility for deployment and support at scale.
