👤
SeniorCharinda Dissanayake is a Senior Software Engineer with nine years of experience building mobile and web applications, specializing in React, React Native, and modern TypeScript frameworks. He has led teams and shipped production apps across domains like sports scouting, infant monitoring, and client dashboards, often owning release automation, offline sync, and push-notification integrations. Comfortable across Angular and React ecosystems, he pairs UI craftsmanship with pragmatic backend integrations (Firebase, WebSockets, WatermelonDB/Realm) to deliver resilient user experiences. At Calcey he progressed from intern to associate tech lead, driving CI/CD improvements with Fastlane and mentoring developers on app architecture. Currently at Type B Digital after recent senior frontend roles, he stays curious about emerging trends and experiments with new libraries and performance techniques. Based in Sri Lanka, he blends product-focused engineering with hands-on implementation, able to switch between building dashboards and complex mobile features.
