Senior🎓
Top SchoolCharles Martinot is a Senior DevOps Engineer with 12 years of experience building reliable cloud-native infrastructure, currently driving platform work at Hostaway from France. He has led major migrations (Heroku→AWS, hybrid→GCP/Kubernetes), introduced Kubernetes and Vault at scale, and built CI/CD and observability tooling—most notably authoring Gaze, a self-updating Go monitoring tool that automates dashboards and alerts. Comfortable across AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Kafka, Spark and Airflow, he pairs hands-on backend work in Go with infrastructure ownership and on-call practices. A pragmatic technologist who follows AI trends with healthy skepticism, he focuses on practical, cost-effective operations and developer experience.
