Senior🎓
Top SchoolCharles Michael is a product-focused software engineer and founder with eight years of hands-on experience building growth-driven platforms and teams. He led InsurGrid from concept to acquisition—raising $3.75M, scaling to 2.5K paying customers and helping 200K consumers—then drove 15.5% revenue growth at PhoneBurner through product-led funnel and pricing redesigns. His background spans founding-stage hustle to building formal partner channels, having grown Stitch Labs’ integrations to $2M ARR and solved cold-start dynamics at a YC-backed startup. Based in the Denver area, he blends technical curiosity in software and ML with pragmatic product instincts that create new revenue streams (e.g., Connect Scores). Colleagues describe him as the connective tissue between engineering, growth, and business ops who repeatedly turns platform gaps into commercial outcomes.
