Summary
🤩
RockstarChee-hyung Yoon is a product-focused computer scientist and entrepreneur with seven years of experience building consumer and logistics platforms across high-growth Korean tech companies. He led product suites at Coupang Eats and core mobile experiences at Coupang, driving meaningful A/B-tested improvements in conversion and GMV, and briefly headed growth at Viva Republica (Toss). As founder of Virect/Narrowcast he combined product, sales, and engineering to deliver video marketplace and documentation tools used by thousands of projects, demonstrating hands-on startup leadership. Currently the Pleos Platform Product Owner at 42dot, he blends platform thinking with operator-facing tooling to scale B2B workflows. Based in Seoul with Stanford CS degrees, he pairs rigorous technical training with practical product instincts and a persistent curiosity—often surfacing from his interests in travel and reading. An uncommon thread in his career is moving between deep research (acoustic fingerprinting, vector maps) and fast product iteration, enabling both inventive prototypes and production-grade systems.
