Top SchoolChiali Tsai is a designer-turned-builder and founder who blends a decade of UX and product practice with hands-on contributions to open-source projects in privacy, scalability, and the Ethereum ecosystem. As founder and core contributor at Pollen Labs and a former Product Owner at the Ethereum Foundation, she specializes in turning abstract ideas into usable products that leverage Ethereum and zero-knowledge proofs. Her work centers on design-as-infrastructure—creating systems and communities that enable collaboration, transparency, and regenerative impact rather than just prettier interfaces. She consults for startups on rapid prototyping across Web3, IoT, and AI, and has led creative and UX efforts at organizations like Raid Guild and Airgraft. Based in Montreal, Chiali pairs product thinking with a futurist, social-impact mindset, often coordinating ZK-focused projects to accelerate delivery and real-world outcomes. Notably, she bridges creative leadership and technical experimentation, making complex crypto primitives accessible to mission-driven teams.
