Top SchoolChidubem Nriagu is a Senior Software Engineer based in Berlin with 10 years of experience building scalable, maintainable systems across fintech and consumer startups. He has delivered production services at N26 and Personio, led engineering and tech lead roles at Shuttlers and Chatdesk, and driven reliability improvements like distributed scheduling, circuit breakers, and SonarQube-based quality gating. Known for refactoring mission-critical services (including digital contract signing flows) and shortening review cycles through PR strategies, he blends hands-on coding with process and infrastructure improvements on AWS and Google Cloud. He also mentors engineers and has repeatedly taken ownership of CI/CD, cloud provisioning, and security-minded changes such as 2FA migrations. Pragmatic and detail-oriented, he pairs a systems engineering background with product-focused delivery and a compact "bit and bytes" ethos evident across his cross-functional work.
