Senior🎓
Top SchoolChieh-an Lin is a factory simulation engineer and seasoned software leader with 11 years of experience building real-time simulators, embedded systems, and large-scale scientific simulations. He has led cross-disciplinary teams to deliver safety-critical reactor simulators, aviation-grade HIL systems, and Taiwan’s first domestically developed train wheel profile measuring product, pairing deep control/firmware expertise with cloud-native data pipelines. His background in astrophysics (PhD-level research) informed algorithmic innovations that cut simulation times by orders of magnitude and introduced advanced statistical inference techniques to production workflows. At Radiant he formalized NQA-1–compliant data practices and drove Kubernetes-based compute pipelines to raise data availability to 100%, showing a rare blend of rigorous QA and modern DevOps. Now based in El Segundo, he applies physics-first thinking to industrial digital twins and factory-scale simulations, with a habit of turning theoretically hard problems into practical, deployable systems.
