Top SchoolChintamani Lonkar is a Principal Engineer based in Oakland with 11 years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems and cloud-native services. Currently leading efforts at Oracle to model, provision, secure, and operate complex OCI networks, he brings deep systems thinking from prior roles building NGINX Controller (acquired by F5) and high-throughput telemetry architectures that handled billion-scale metrics per day. He is polyglot across Go, Python, Node.js, C++ and has hands-on experience across AWS, Kubernetes, GraphQL, and real-time data pipelines. Early work in lidar/point-cloud processing and FPGA/PHY validation at Intel gives him a rare blend of algorithmic performance tuning and production service engineering. Colleagues rely on him to translate complex network and hardware requirements into elegant, scalable software that balances operational robustness with customer-focused outcomes.
