Summary
👤
SeniorChris Flynn is a results-driven Service Partner Manager based in Tokyo with 9 years of technology and delivery leadership experience and over three years scaling APJ channel programs at Zscaler. He led a DSA program that tripled partner growth and doubled authorized partners within ten months, while overseeing 50+ concurrent deployments and remediation of dormant projects across finance, manufacturing, and entertainment clients. Skilled at multicultural team management, he builds cross-functional partner enablement—from certification and deployment playbooks to renewal dashboards—while advising on PS packaging and pricing strategies. A hands-on operator who moved programs from transition to operational phases, he also collaborates with DevOps to deliver practical tooling (Tableau renewals dashboard) that improves commercial outcomes. Known for hiring, coaching and retaining talent, Chris combines operational rigor with a consultative approach to help partners monetize cloud security and SASE services. He brings multilingual capability (native English, business Japanese) and a pragmatic track record of turning complex transitions into profitable, scalable partner-led delivery models.
