Summary
👤
SeniorChris Fowles is a founder and seasoned technology leader with 11 years in SRE, DevOps and cloud-native systems, now building Metacosm to help organisations design high-performing teams that align people practices with strategic outcomes. Formerly Director of Technology at Plenti, he led cloud platform strategy, ISO 27001 delivery and an enterprise data & AI practice, blending security, reliability and product-thinking. He’s hands-on across the stack but focuses on operationalising reliability and developer velocity through automation, monitoring and culture change. Based in Sydney, Chris pairs startup grit with enterprise discipline, having progressed from support and systems roles into technology leadership. An advocate for tooling that makes HR and People teams strategic partners, he’s quietly moved his public code presence to a new GitHub handle, hinting at an evolving personal brand and focus.
