Top SchoolChris Helming is a Senior Product Success Manager with 11 years of experience bridging ServiceNow platform engineering, IT operations, and product adoption across higher education and enterprise environments. Based in Rochester, NY, he evolved from systems administration and ServiceNow development roles at RIT and University of Maryland into a Gen AI-focused architect and product success leader at ServiceNow. Holding a J.D. from George Mason and early legal internships, he brings an unusually strong blend of technical, process, and compliance-minded thinking to product strategy and implementation. Chris pairs hands-on platform development with team leadership—having managed student and professional sysadmin teams and driven cross-functional ServiceNow rollouts. His background in design and letterpress also gives him a pragmatic appreciation for user experience and craft in digital products. Colleagues rely on him to turn complex regulatory and operational requirements into maintainable, adoption-focused solutions.
