Top SchoolChris Jung is a global commercial transformation and analytics leader with over 16 years of experience driving data-led growth for major consumer businesses, currently heading PepsiCo’s Global Demand Accelerator from Berlin. He blends rigorous mathematical training (BSc and Distinction MSc from LSE) with hands-on strategy and analytics work across Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and leading consultancies to translate granular insights into top-line performance. Known for building commercial data ecosystems and AI-driven analytics capabilities, he has repeatedly taken analytics from pilot to scalable impact across European markets. His background as a strategy consultant and turnaround adviser gives him a rare fluency in both high-level growth strategy and the quantitative models that underpin execution. Colleagues rely on him to bridge insight, technology and commercial teams to prioritise opportunities that move KPIs. He prefers measurable transformations over theoretical change, often institutionalising KPI systems and benchmarking to sustain performance gains.
